Usage ?

Since we create new products form time to time - we need to track who is interested in those new products. To determine how many customers that are interested.

Currently I have been using Potentials to track our R&D development. Entering the product as a potential. However I need to add additional contacts/accounts to each potential to show who is interested. There may be several contacts interested in this one new product being developed.

I am looking for something that will link everyone together so I can communicate faster with all the contacts that want to be kept up to date on the R&D progress.

I am also experimenting using cases and campaigns for this . Does anyone have any suggestions for a better way of tracking multiple contacts/accounts that are all interested in the same new product?
