1. how do i record partners in the system and relate them to potentials? can i also record partner contacts and attach them as well.
2. how do i record and display reporting hierarchies within an account.
3. can i integrate microsoft outlook email so that when i send an email i automatically pick up the email address from ZOHO and then log the email in the specific customer record?
