We are new to Zoho CRM so I may possibly be asking a very simple question but I am struggling to find out how to produce user reports for the system. We have about 17 users and I need to be able to see when each person last logged into the CRM system and ideally the number of contacts, emails and accounts added as well as emails sent (we have the mail add on for each user).

 

Please can someone let me know if there is a way of seeing this information on the Professional Version of Zoho CRM?
