I've run an email campaign in mailchimp and now I want to update the campaign member status in zoho crm.

I can work out how to do it manually using 'mass update campaign member status' but I'd like to be able to import a CSV file that indicates the campaign member status (people who opened or didn't open email).

I've read all the notes that I can find on the functionality of the CRM campaigns and it feels like I should be able to do it but I can't work out how.

Is this possible?
