Use another VOIP software instead of Skype

Hi, I use Skype for personal use, but at work we use another VOIP software called VoiSpeed and I would like to know if it's possibile to change the link "skype:number" in "voispeed:number".

Then, I would like to suggest you to show the number+link phone in the page showed when I click on "Close task", so I can both edit and click the phone link in the same page.
