I need to create business to business email lists. I need to use criteria derived from the Company or Account records to create these email lists. The individual email and contact information is found with the Contacts
I know this CAN be done. When I MASS EMAIL CONTACTS, I am able to use COMPANY criteria to select filter the contacts and create the mass email lists...but that is the ONLY place where you can do this.
The contact view would allow me to set up auto responders, but I need ACCOUNT information to know who to send stuff to.
Please let me know if this is on the road map or if there is a
