Zoho can make entering contact data much easier. What I'd like to see is;
1. I have an email address in the proper field.
2. when I click the lookup account field, zoho takes the domain name from the email address and puts it into the account lookup field.
3. If the email address to the left of the @ symbol has a single dot, assume the word to the left of the dot is the first name, the word to the right is the last name. But this needs a new button "guess names"

When I click the address lookup button, the CRM puts "sales.bigcompany.com" into the account lookup field. I can then remove the "sales." manually and then click search for account.
When I click the "guess names" button, zoho puts xxxx into the first name, and yyyy into the last name fields.
Note that this should work on existing contacts, so if I import an email list or convert a lead I can still use these features. Also, the Zoho CRM add on to chrome that creates leads and contacts should use this feature.
