Use email parsing to create note on new lead
I'm using the email parser to create a new lead in Zoho CRM whenever we receive a contact form submission from our website which is more or less working well, but I would like to find a way for it to also create a note under that new lead with all of the info from the contact form submission. The email parser within CRM cannot parse multiple lines so I don't think it's possible to do what I want from there, but I'm wondering if that's something I can do through Zoho Flow? I've tried setting up an email trigger within Flow, but when I select the multiple lines of text that I want it to parse and go to save it, it gives me an error saying "Unable to Update Template". Is it not possible to parse multiple lines at a time?
