Use Filters in your Zoho Spreadsheet
We are glad to inform that 'Filters', one of the most requested features, is now available in Zoho Sheet.
Filters help you to filter your data and let you focus on and analyze specific segments of data. You can filter by text, number or date. For columns containing numbers, you can additionally filter by Top/Bottom 'N' Items/Percentage.
Functions like SUBTOTAL() have options to exclude hidden/filtered rows. It can be used to calculate results based on the Filter you apply.
The filters menu also has the ability to quickly sort the table on a particular column.
