I think that I might have made an error in setting up Zoho CRM.

 

We are a small startup that is approaching stores.  I have the stores currently setup under Leads.  The problem is that, throughout the CRM, it wants to display the contact name.  The contact name does not mean anything to us, at certain stages.  Only the store name means something.

 

This creates problems in Activity Views and reports.  Should I have set these up as Accounts?
