Is it possible to interface ZOHO CRM with ERP?

I use ZOHO CRM to manage as my prospecting in parallel but I use a management software "house" (ERP) to manage all the activity of my company (accounting, inventory, purchasing, treasury, HR ....) .dropoff window

I would like to connect the two in order to have the same information on both software and avoid duplication.

Is there any API? can we create batch to update a common database?
