Use of Lead Name in Email Template

Use of Lead Name in Email Template

Trying to create an email in CRM to confirm receipt of lead information.

Would like to use "Dear Mr. Jones" - however, "salutation" is does not appear to be a field available to the email template. So have to use "Dear Bob", which is a little too informal.

Am I missing something?
