Use of primary and secondary admin email

In Send mail task, it could be useful to be able to choose the email "send FROM" between the primary or the secondary email registered in the admin infos.

Example : in temporary events where a specific (temporary) contact email is used to send mails, we have to set this temporary email as "primary"... Then the notifications af all the other app are sent with this "temp" address.

Same remark for the forum (but not very important) : choose the email for the notifications.
