Use of VOIP

We are switching to voip for our phone service and I am curious if you do or will be soon providing an app so there will be a way to log all calls in/out and do an automatic pop up/caller id feature if someone in my leads/contacts calls in. In addition to providing a click to call from within zoho crm like skype or more commercial services of voip. Thank you
