Use Outlook and Store All Mail in Zoho
Good morning from the UK,
New user trialing Zoho here.
We currently use Outlook for emails due to the auto text ability.
I would like to create an email using Outlook and store it against the customer in Zoho, is this possible?
On top of this we need all incoming and outgoing emails into Outlook stored in Zoho.
Or, are we forced to use Zoho Mail for all communication?
