Use own SMTP outgoing server instead of Zoho

We use Rackspace for our actual email servers but I like the Zoho interface so I use Zoho webmail to actually send and receive email.

Is it possible to change our outgoing SMTP server to our Rackspace server instead of using Zoho's servers?
