Used the "email status" (Sent, Open, Bounce, etc) to update other field, send another email, take any business decision, etc.
Hello, in our business we considered the "email status" as a big big important value because we can configure and automatized a several business rules (workflows and custom function) based in each status across the time but I can't see the way to do this.
Y have the "wonderful" surprise (see the irony) when I ask for the "support" people of the CRM and they told me "you can put MANUALLY the value in other field and configure a workflow or other things that you need. I ask them for a automatization and they told me for a MANUALLY action when I say it that we send a 500 email (approximately) per day. I have the chat transcription of this answer.
