I don't know if you got my support request as it was sent from IE8 and I can't tell if it was submitted sucessfuly.
There are two Mail users in our organisation.
Currently we bougth
one paid Mail licence to allow use of exchange sync.
The second users does not require this functionality and shoudl keep on using the unpaid service.
For some reason this "free" user get permanently his mail account disabled.
While trying to activate his acces from admin Control Panel I get the error: "you don't have enough Mail licences"
Now that is the point - I don't want more licences because I don't require them.
Please tell me what is the correct way to set up our account so that one user has the paid licence assigned and other users will keep on using unpaid service.
Please note that the "free" account was disabled for the second time now and the user has no email access!!!
This cannot be left like that!
