User Access Error in Documents

I have a user who has been having issues with accessing the documents section of a project. This user has had the issue multiple times. The fix previously was to delete her, then add her back. It seemed to fix the issue. This user is now an admin in the portal and is encountering the issue again. Because she is an admin, we can't delete her from the project.

Any thoughts on how to fix this error?
