User accounts not working

I received notification re: SPF and MX settings in May. I addressed this at the time and have tested details - they are all correct according to the checking tools you recommend. The notifications are still there. I raised a 'ticket' at the time and have received no reply.
I have not been able to use email since nor can any of the other users for my domain (relay error). We have a big project coming up on June 21st and have been unable to do anything we need to - this is seriously hampering our business. I have raised another ticket and received no reply.
Please fix this or I will be forced to move the account elsewhere - a shame as we are a new business that will be paying for services soon. You will lose that paid business if you don't respond now to the issues I am experiencing with the free facility.
