I would like the ability to delete a user from our account completely not just to deactivate them. My understanding after chatting with the help desk is that the records that the user in question would be lost if the account was deleted. If you create a wizard that would first ask you to mass transfer a users data to another user and then delete the account, I believe this would solve the issue. It is rather ludicrous to think that an administrator would want to manage all of the transfers, and then log into zoho as the inactive user, reset the password, log into their old email (if possible), reset the zoho account, then log back in and delete the account.
