A user on my account exceeded the storage which has now been fixed, BUT there is no way to unblock the user following these instructions, i simply get a message Operation permitted for paid user(s) only
PLEASE unblock the user for me or fix this feature (i cannot see any 'captcha' as per the email about the user being blocked either)
Steps to block accounts:
Sometimes due to various reasons, the administrator may need to block an account from sending out emails or from receiving emails. The administrator can block the account from the Mail Accounts section or from troubleshoot section.
- Login to www.zoho.com/mail as Super Administrator/ Administrator
- Click Control Panel >> Troubleshoot >> Blocked accounts
- Select 'Block New account' and provide the email address for which you want to block.
- Both Incoming and Outgoing will be disabled for the selected account.
