User blocked

Dear all,

Recently I received an email saying that one of my company user's is being blocked. When I check the Control Panel admin page, I have the outgoing facility is being disabled. Is there any way to enable them as the user is now unable to send any email. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks so much.

Default Email: exim@big-indo.co.id

Outgoing disabled

Incoming enabled

POP Access enabled

ActiveSync enabled

Spam check enabled

IMAP Access enabled
