User Calendar App Access Unable to be Enabled

User Calendar App Access Unable to be Enabled

We have a user that was created before we transitioned to a Zoho One license. This user was created without access to the Zoho Mail Calendar (access is disabled.) We now need to enable calendar access for this user, but the mail admin panel gives us an error telling us to use Zoho One to administer this user, and we see no option in Zoho One to enable calendar access.

This user has the mail app enabled. When you he clicks the calendar link from the left menu in Zoho One the page attempts to load for some time and then gives a "page not available" error.

We've attempted to resolve this issue via e-mail, and have been met with generic responses like "enable mail" along with a screenshot of their mail console pointing out an icon. It's obvious our account has a different issue, because when this user is in the mail app, there is no calendar icon on the left side of the mail interface.

Screenshots attached show the "Go to Zoho One to perform this operation" error from the Mail Admin panel, the mail left panel showing no calendar icon, a capture of the users profile page showing that calendar access is disabled, and the general error page when the user tries to access the calendar from the Zoho One left menu.

Summary: User had calendar access disabled before we had a Zoho One license, and now that we upgraded to Zoho One we can no longer access the menu needed to re-enable their calendar access.
