I have just found that a user can't view attachments on a Deal that he is listed as the owner of. 

1. The Deal was created by someone else. The creator and I can both download the attachments. I am an admin, the creator is not.

2. The attachments show fine for me, and when I mouse over them I have the option to download.

3. When this user mouses over them, they don't show as links (his cursor doesn't turn into a hand).

4. The user is the Owner of the Deal.

The user is a member of the Standard group and has all Attachment and Deal rights turned on.

Another oddity is that I am specifically referring to a File Upload field created in the Deals module layout for attachments. I've noticed that the Zoho Attachments section is blank when viewing the Deal. Why is this? Is it the case that the file attachments are somehow tagged to the user who uploaded them? The field permissions have universal Read/Write set.
