I need resolution on this ASAP so I can start using POs in Zoho. I would like to start creating POs on Monday, October 11 (just 2 days from now).

To avoid conflict with an preexisting series of numbered POs in our system, I am wondering if my Zoho Purchase Orders can start at a defined number that I choose, and add 1 to each new PO I create after that. I would like to have Zoho auto generate the PO numbers, but I would like to avoid having it start at PO-00001.

Instead, I would like it to start at something else to ensure there is no duplication or confusion with POs already issued by our existing system. For example, it could start at PO-10001 (adding a 1 at the beginning of the numeric part) and then have Zoho automatically generate the next ones as PO-10002, PO-10003, PO-10004, etc.

Is this possible?

If not, can you make a suggestion of something that I can do in Zoho to avoid duplicate POs?
