User Hierarchy in Zoho Projects

An organization's user hierarchy refers to how users are structured into teams and groups. In Zoho Projects, users can view the reporting details of a user in a tree structure. Users can set a hierarchy based on roles and assign reporting managers to users. Users can also approve timesheet based on this reporting hierarchy.

As an example, the portal owner can enable user hierarchy and assign specific users to a manager in order to manage the timesheet approval process for all of the portal's users.
