Hi, We started using office 365 a few months back.
We are using Zoho CRM, we have configured office 365 as IMAP in ZOHO CRM so all our emails are synced and we can send emails from CRM itself.
We send one-to-one emails from ZOHO CRM and we are hardly sending 40 to 50 emails in a day.
Problem: Whenever we try to send an email from CRM, Office 365 detects the user as Suspicious, sends alter to us, and then blocks the user from sending emails. Here is a message from office 365 "User has been restricted from sending messages outside the organization due to potentially compromised activity."
We have verified DKIM, SPF records, and even configured email Relay, and we are not sending any SPAM or malicious emails. Even we are not breaking limits set by exchange online/office 365.
We are in touch with the support of office 365 and even with Zoho CRM for many days but seems the Zoho team is unable to solve this, and blaming it on office 365. If its a problem related to office 365 then email we send from outlook should also not work but it works. Previous to Zoho we were using HUbspot and we never faced these issues.
This has affected us a lot to us and we are unable to fully utilize our CRM platform despite paying a hefty amount for many of our users.
