User is Inactive

User is Inactive. Why do i get this message when i try to access my account using a different browser or pc? Im currently logged using google chrome, Im really afraid to try to log out because i might not be able to log in again when i want to or i will have difficulty. I also cant access my general setting to change password. I cant verify email forwarding as when i enter my password, it says confirmation password is wrong.

What should i do?
