I have a user that keeps getting routed to the ZOHO Accounts section and cannot access our CRM.
RonCrabtree - part of MetaOps Inc. is the user who is looked out.
Kim Crabtree is the Adminstrator and RonCrabtree Also has adminstration rights.
I have installed the outlook plug-in for this user.
and when we sign in from Outlook it says:
got to zoho.com, complete the CRM Sign-up process and then sign in from outlook Plug-in.
We already have an account. When trying to sign-in it takes RonCrabtree to the zoho Account after we click on CRM - which there is no way to access CRM from the Accounts Window.
We click cancel to sign in to CRM and then it takes us the accounts and services page again.
I click logout and I get to the quick sign up page - I enter user and password again and back to the services page. One time I got to a page that had an access denied error.
