User lost access to the record even nothing has changed in permission settings
One of the users lost access to the potentials record even nothing has changed in the permission settings. I even tried to duplicate the administrator profile and assign it to him in order to check it out, but still nothing, he cant see some of the potentials he was able to see earlier. Potentials settings are set to private. But I get confused why he can't see it even with the administrator profile. Any possible ideas or solutions for this problem?
We're using a professional edition so creating a data-sharing rule is not an option. Although, I don't think it's related to the permission settings. If that was the case then he would be able to see it once I assign his profile to the administrator. But that is not the case.
Any suggestions would be useful.
