Is there a centralized user management app/plugin?

I'm the admin user, and I can purchase user subscriptions and invite users to join.  But, if I want to make any changes to that user (ie. email address, password), I cannot.  I need the user to login and take of it him/herself, which isn't the best.

Any ideas?
