user management

I need to know:
when user last logged in
what was their last edits by
-hour
-day
-week
-accounts

I need to be able to read the emails they are sending via the CRM.
I need to know what templates they are using.
I need to be able to force spelling control on the emails before they are being sent.
I need to know how many files they have created/ edited.
I need to know in one shot (pre-built screen) of how many tasks they have completed.

There are lots of other things that I'm sure that I have forgotten.

CRM team please respond to me.
