User not seeing correct Leads layout

User not seeing correct Leads layout

Hi all

I've customised our Add New Lead layout.
Recently I added an employee to Zoho, but they don't see the customised layout, they only see the original Add New Lead layout.
However, if they go to Setup -> Customization -> Layouts, they can see the modified layout.

We're new to using Zoho, so I'm now stuck. Do I need to assign the new view to them?
