User permission denied even after admin sending the access

Hi, 

I have a user added but her profile is shown as not confirmed. I sent a re-invite for which she responded by clicking the link.

 But it shows a page saying "My organisation has an account in Zoho CRM, Contact your admin for the access";  and the second one is my organization is new to CRM create my account.

Once again, I sent the access to CRM mail for which she clicked the link. It says "you don't have permission to login. Please contact your admin".

Meanwhile trying, she once clicked on create my account which might have created a new company profile. However, to change the access, we tried out changing the email id from that account using a temporary mail id and further I tried to add/re-invite to our account. 

Have been attempting different methods for a whole day. Is there any method to clear this out.?
