I am having trouble setting up new users.  
I've set up a profile for account reps. As far as I can tell I have checked all the modules that I want him to be able to edit.  Regardless of that, He does not have privlages to convert a quote to a sales order...why could this be?

Also, he can only see 1 of 5 public email templates.  

I was able to set up his signature for zoho mail, but when I try to add the signature to use for templates, It says it is saved, but then does not appear on the email templates.  I have checked the box in the email templates to insert the users signature.  when I send the same template my signature appears... Is there something in the profile set up that I might have missed?   If not, why are these things not working?
