We are looking at moving to Zoho CRM and wanted some feedback from people that use it on a daily basis. We currently use MS Exchange and were considering using the MS Outlook plugin. Our other option is to move our mail to Google Apps and use the sync features offered.
We want feedback from real users and are interested in your experiences using this solution.
Does anyone have suggestions between staying with Exchange or moving to Google?
