User rights for Folder and sub-folder

Hi,

I was testing Sharepoint and wasn't satisfied with their sub-folder rights which require 3rd party add-ons. Stumbled upon VO and it looks like good for my intended use for project team file share and collaboration.

Got the web folder setup but how do we control security of a shared folder and sub-folders. I do not want the users to delete a specific folder or sub-folder unless rights are given. Where to set ?
