User's Name/Nickname not properly shown in receiver's inbox

User's Name/Nickname not properly shown in receiver's inbox

I have setup my profile correctly (nickname: North East Explorers) but still, when I send an email, in the receiver's inbox, the sender's name is shown as (rajiv.smu) and not North East Explorers.

Can someone help me here?
