Do the user sessions under "Settings" refer to only my user sessions?

I am having some performance issues with Zoho, and I see 10 or so user sessions open but they are not my IP.  Are those other users in my company, or are those past sessions of mine?  If so, I assume I can close them all with no adverse effects, and will that improve my performance issues?
