User that is and isn't.

Can not add this user (see attachments) CRM asks her to join and send the email to the admin.
When the admin (me) clicks on the link the CRM says the user in already added to your account.
Catch 22?

I have tried to make it work with Akeela going through google apps and directly into zoho crm. Same result.

P.S. I have another attachment but when I added the third the browse button got covered by the list of attachments.
