We have a paid subscription to Zoho Mail with 6 user licenses. Yesterday, one of the users attempted to activate her account and received the following error message after clicking on the update button after recording all the required information on the screen that requires her to choose a user name and password -
Server error occurred. Please try after sometime
I sent out an email to Zoho support yesterday reporting the problem, but have not received a response yet. And, as of this morning, the user continues to receive the same error.
What is the established turn around time to address such inquiries/issues?
