User unable to send mail

User unable to send mail

I just created my account.  Setting up my personal account worked fine and I was able to link the account to my iPhone and both send and receive email with no issues.

The second user I setup was able to link the account to her iPhone and receive mail without issue but is unable to send email and gets the error "The connection to the outgoing server 'smtp.zoho.com' failed."  The account was setup using the msync.zoho.com process, so I would assume the authentication for receiving should be the same as for sending and the receiving is working fine.

I've checked the user settings in the control panel and I see nothing obvious that I need to do.  I also see no obvious differences in the iPhone setup between our accounts.  Any suggestions?
