I still can't understand why you changed to this new email format as the user interface is so unfriendly. It was great before. For example, when I want to "reply", why do I have to hunt around the screen for a teeny tiny little arrow? There should be a big bold tab that clearly says REPLY. Not a tiny little flim flam of a crooked arrow. You have this huge screen to use after all. Why don't we make life better for each other when it is easily possible? Other than that I do not know what your goal is with such incomprehensibility. It is not just you guys, even microsoft does it with their teeny tiny little X in the top right of the screen.
