HI I'm using zoho mail for my custom domain thisisrocketsigns.com which is hosted by exabytes running on cpanel.
I'm able to set things up fairly well and the domain has been verified.
I'm able to send emails out from zoho mail to other emails
however I cannot recieve any emails into my domain thisisrocketsigns.com
the email bounced with the following error
The error that the other server returned was:
550 5.1.1 <jaziel@thisisrocketsigns.com>... User unknown
I'm pretty sure that I've set up the MX records and the third party tool seems to show that everything is proper. Is there anything that i miss out?
