username change

Is there anyway to change the username after creating an account so the email isnt part of the log in

example: can i change lakers@yahoo.com to login just as lakers

I already have an administrator account and I am trying to create a few user names that are linked to do that acct and i don't want the full email address as a log in. So can it be changed?
