Currently our three people (all partimers) use the same mail and we filter incoming messages so they are all sent to the appropriate mailbox, which works fine. Unfortunately outgoing mail usually goes out with my name and return address on it because people keep forgetting to use the templates we have set for them so a sent email shows their name and return address.
