Users can now delete their Zoho Account from within the Zoho Desk iOS mobile app


Hello,

In the latest version of the Desk iOS mobile app (v 2.6.10), users can now delete their Zoho Account as per Apple's guidelines from within the mobile app.

To close the account, please follow the steps mentioned below:
  • Go on to Zoho Desk's app settings
  • Select 'Privacy & Security'
  • Tap 'Close Account'


You can update the app to the latest version from the App Store
