Users cannot see contents of .txt files

Users cannot see contents of .txt files

Hello, I have the following problem. Two users in my organization have host access to a shared folder, but are having trouble viewing the contents of .txt files. The file is there, they can open it, but they can't see what's inside. More so old files, if I create a file now, they will be able to view.
