Users endpoint returns users with empty email field

Hello,

As a part of our sync workflow, we fetch list of the users from Zoho and process it. I noticed that for one of the Zoho's customers we get a list of the users where two of them have NULL as email. These users have CEO role and Administrator profile.

Can you please tell me if that's expected? Is it possible that I cannot see user's email via API?
